As the founder of Coates Consulting Group, Carla specializes in leadership development, coaching, and talent cultivation. As Operations Manager, Ronalyn brings over 35 years of administrative and 17 years of marketing experience to Team Coates. She is the owner of Clark Virtual Business Solutions, which she founded 13 years ago. She LOVES what she does and enjoys providing support to the less administratively skilled along with helping them bring their business dreams into a reality.

Connie K. Siu is the producer of Carla's LinkedIn Live show, Lead Like You Mean It, People!. As the company's social media expert, Connie manages live event production, provides marketing consulting, and supports Coates Consulting Group with additional services and projects as needed.
